WIT SRT’s entry has been accepted compete in the 2024-2025 Intercollegiate Rocket Engineering Competition 10k COTS category

Our project Named Ernie is a 5” diameter 11’ tall single stage fiberglass and carbon fiber rocket that will be fly to 10,000 feet on an M4500 and will use a custom made air breaking system to stop at the target altitude. The payload flying onboard consists of a high altitude radio repeater with deployable antenna system and environmental and atmospheric measurement equipment.
